- Purpose of Treatment
- In response to your reservation request;
- performance of obligations arising from a contract to which you are a party or to fulfill, prior to the execution of the contract, your specific requests;
- to comply with current accounting and tax obligations.
(B) Consent
The granting of consent to data processing is:
mandatory if you wish to use our products/services, for the purposes indicated in the previous points.
(C) Treatment methods
In relation to the above-mentioned purposes, the processing may be carried out using paper, computer, and telematic tools, in compliance with all the precautions necessary to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the information, as identified in our Security Policy Document.
The data may be processed by internal and/or external subjects to the Company in their capacity as persons in charge and/or Data Processors. The duration of data storage is strictly connected to the time necessary to fulfill your requests.
(D) Scope of Communication and Dissemination
The data, if this is instrumental to the pursuit of the purposes indicated in point A, may be communicated to:
professional and consultancy firms in the accounting, tax, labor and legal fields;
to external companies responsible for data processing, for the supply of products/services requested by the customer.
The Data will not be disclosed in any way.
(E) Data Controller
In relation to the processing of personal data carried out by the company, the customer has the right to exercise the rights set out in article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, reported in full at the bottom of the information.
Art. 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identification details of the owner, managers and designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) e b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication
